  I will no longer buy Gold n'Plump Chicken drumsticks and cannot recommend this product. I used to buy it frequently at Target Stores, but in the last year I have had to spend more than 15 minutes each time cleaning six chicken legs because there are so many small feathers left on the chicken. If I do not clean it - my house smells of burnt feathers and it is really awful to have cooked, burnt feathers in your mouth when you expect to be eating crispy roast chicken!!! They are no longer careful about the product they send to the stores and just don't seem interested in upgrading the equipment to keep up the high standards that I used to expect from them. If I want improperly cleaned chicken I can just go to otherlocal markets and buy the same badly prepared chicken and not waste the gas to find GnP. The worst part is that this is not 1970 - when my grandparents had to still prepare food the old fashioned way, cleaning chicken - this 2015 and they just do not deserve my business if they put me through this amount of work.
